You and your friends have been training to become Wildland Firefighters. All of you have seen the devastation that wildfires can bring across the United States, and you know you could help. So many people lose their homes and possessions due to wildfires every year. Not to mention the damage it can do to nature. Your help is greatly needed, NOW! Wildfires are raging. However, you must pass the training program with the U.S. National Park Service to get your certificate in fire science before you can begin helping. There is a growing fire in California at this very minute. A crew is leaving the training facility in 45 minutes to travel to California to help fight the wildfires. If you pass the “Smokey the Bear Fire Science Test” before then, you will be on your way to California to fulfill your dream of being a wildland firefighter. If you can’t pass the test in 45 minutes, you will have to repeat the course before you can help. Remember, during a fire, you have to be very aware at all times and look everywhere to keep safe.
