DISCOVERY OF EMOJIUM
An element with 125 protons has recently been discovered. In a hat tip to students of this generation, it is tentatively been named “Emojium”.Three separate laboratories in different locations across the globe have discovered three unique isotopes of this element, but are arguing over what the symbol for this element should be. Consequently, these labs are not sharing the data they’ve collected with each other. In order to put Emojium on the periodic table as an official element, its average atomic mass and its symbol must be determined. The three labs have agreed to let an independent party do this, but in order to prevent any of the other labs stealing the information, they’ve hidden the data in a series of clues. Only by solving the clues and opening the breakout box will you be able to submit the information required to the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) to get Emojium on the Periodic Table.
