In northeastern Nebraska you’ll find the small town of Monowi. Monowi is special because it’s the only town in the United States with an official population of one. That’s right, Elise Eiler is the only resident. Elise lists herself as the town Mayor, bartender and librarian. Because there are no other residents paying taxes, her library is in trouble. You have been sent to Monowi by the Library of Congress to help her save her library. She believe's that what is needed to save her library is locked inside her safety deposit box.
