Whether it is quick mental math, an affinity for puzzles, or leadership skills, players can add value with their strengths and build confidence with their contributions.

Supercharge Engagement

Increased engagement means deeper learning.

Watch engagement soar as students use critical thinking skills as a team in these thrilling games complete with rich storytelling of epic adventures.

Students look forward to actively asking questions, deciphering clues, and participating in group discussions in order to complete each challenge together.

Grow with Reflection

The Breakout EDU experience doesn't end when players break out.

Learning continues as students reflect on the game, making new connections as they consider their experience and ask important questions like: What would we do differently next time? Who deserves a shout-out?

What Educators are Saying

"Breakout EDU games are an engaging and motivating way to have students consolidate their learning and use skills like problem-solving, collaboration, critical thinking, and communication to solve the locks. I use Breakout EDU to introduce new learning or even as an assessment and I love that it is both physical and digital. Mixing things up keeps my learners even more engaged."

Shannon Buckle
Classroom Teacher

"I love that Breakout EDU teaches high-level problem-solving skills as well as soft and SEL skills. These are skills vital for school or work readiness."

Jessie Erickson
District Admin/Tech Coach

"What I really love most about Breakout EDU is the enjoyment that students get from the challenge. It is such a different way of operating than most of the students are used to."

Phillip Niersbach
Instructional Technology Resource Teacher

"Our school district uses Breakout EDU on a daily basis with all of our students, kindergarten to 12th grade. I love that it brings so many educational topics to our students in creative, fun and meaningful ways. They LOVE solving the games and love collaborating together. I also appreciate that it gives my teachers such a wonderful platform and resource to extend the learning and make it fun for ALL kids."

Shannon Miller
District Teacher Librarian

"I love that it is a fun way to get my students to collaborate and think critically. Many advanced students give up quickly on tasks with which they struggle, but Breakout EDU helps build their ability to persevere. My students consistently report that Breakouts are their favorite activities of the year."

Christopher Knox
Classroom Teacher

"As a Talent Development teacher, it can be hard to find resources that teachers actually want to use on their own time. I enjoy the ease of use of Breakout EDU games and how it is an easy support and resource for classroom teachers. I am able to give them access to the games that they find easy to incorporate during their class time. I love that I can find and use games based on specific standards to support classroom instruction."

Benita Burney
Talent Development Catalyst Teacher

"Breakout EDU gives everyone in the class a chance to show off some skill! Some of our students struggle with the content, but because of the way Breakout EDU allows for out-of-the-box thinking, these same students can make connections and solve clues."

Amanda Bernard
High School Teacher

"I love that Breakout EDU allows me to introduce a learning concept in a way that hooks my students from the get-go."

Megan Brown
Instructional or Tech Coach

"Breakout EDU allows for collaboration between learners that we all dream about as educators. The innate ways students talk out ideas, support other learners, and keep trying are truly not matched with other educational experiences."

Tana Ruder
Instructional or Tech Coach

"One of my favorite things about Breakout EDU is that it pulls even the most reluctant learners into the fray, making it impossible to be a passive player, meaning that every single student learns when Breakout EDU is involved."

Marnie Diem
Instructional or Tech Coach

"Kit-based games are a great way to get our students up and moving! Our students spend a lot of their time on computers and kit-based games encourage them to get up, find the clues, move around, and manipulate things without a screen. It gives our teenagers a chance at 'recess' with content woven in."
